| Online Viewing/Ordering Process |

- Sign in on the Web Site (not needed for viewing)
Ø Click on the 'My Account' link and follow the instructions.
Ø The information you enter will be saved on the site and will be used for checking out and future ordering.
Ø Signing in is required to order photographs and for checking out.
- Find Your Photos
Ø Find your photos by clicking on a Category on the left hand side of the page (i.e. Football, Gymnastics….).
Ø Click on the Category; Events related to that Category will display on the main page.
Ø Look for your Event and click on it. Events may have multiple 'folders' of photos. Just keep clicking until the photos pop up.
Ø To 'collapse' the categories, click on the 'Catalog' link right above the Categories.
- Adding to Your Cart
Ø Once you find your photo, click on the thumbnail to view a larger image.
Ø When viewing the larger image, you may select from a list of products just select the product from the dropdown list.
Ø Once selected, click on 'Add to Cart'.
- Checking Out
Ø Once you've completed shopping, click on 'Check Out'.
Ø This will take you to the check out area where your sign-in information is displayed.
Ø If Billing information is the same as your Shipping information, click on 'Same as Shipping'.
Ø Click on Payment Method (Check or Credit Card)
Ø If paying by Credit Card, enter card information and expiration date. ALL INFORMATION IS SECURE AND PROTECTED.
Ø If paying by Check, please send your check to:

Once your check has been received, I will mail your photos.
- Confirmation and Shipping
Ø Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. Allow up to two weeks for delivery of your order.
Ø You can check the status of your order by clicking on 'My Account' on the red menu bar. You can also change your Account information (i.e. password, address...) using the same option.
